Apple unveils Business Chat service

After Facebook and Twitter, Apple now competes to provide customer-to-business solutions to provide technical and other support via Business Chat.

Many details remain unknown about the service, which will be officially announced in a few days, but is now available through the developers' website for testing by them.

Can understand that the service is a chat platform with companies. You can access the platform by searching for keywords for companies via Siri, Spotlight, Safari or Maps.

It seems from the picture provided by Apple that the platform connects a real employee of the company with the customer and not the bot provides ready answers. Several Apple services such as Calendar and Apple Bay are integrated with the platform so that they can not only provide links, images and text messages about purchases, but also buy them through the chat itself without having to get out.

This concept is not new, of course. WeChat has been offering it for a long time and even Facebook tried to present it via Messenger two years ago. This is another step from Apple to keep Facebook and Twitter away from its users after removing the integrity of their accounts with the new system.
